10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Our Services are provided “as is” to the maximum extent allowed by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Liability is limited to the greater of $50 USD or fees paid during the preceding twelve months, except where prohibited by law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless our company, its contractors, licensors, directors, officers, employees, and agents from claims arising from your use of our Services or violation of this Agreement.

12. Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of California, U.S.A., excluding conflict-of-law provisions. The proper venue for disputes is the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
